Kathryn was brought on board in early 2008 as a team member who would make a positive addition to the company’s client service philosophy. She has experience in outstanding support and a proven track record of delivering a high level of service to our clients.
Prior to joining Cavin Financial, Kathryn developed service level standards for a technical startup company. She established policies and procedures that produced high quality customer service delivery while also managing service teams across the US.
Kathryn lives in Aptos and enjoys spending time with her husband Budd, daughter Malia and two sons, Brandon and Marcus. When Kathryn is not in the office or with her family, it is likely you can find her on anyone of the many tennis courts around the county.
